Terms of Service

The agreement between your restaurant and MenuFly.

By creating a MenuFly account you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. The service

MenuFly provides digital menu hosting, print-ready PDF generation and menu analytics. Features available to you depend on your plan.

2. Your account

  • You must be authorised to act for the restaurant you register
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • You are responsible for activity by team members you invite

3. Your content

You keep ownership of your menu content, images and brand assets. You grant us the licence needed to host, display and print that content for you. You confirm you have the rights to every image and font you upload.

4. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, misleading or infringing content
  • No attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service
  • No reselling MenuFly without a written agreement

5. Billing

  • Trials run 14 days; paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
  • We give 30 days' notice before any price change
  • Unpaid accounts are suspended after 7 days and may be deleted after 60

6. Cancellation

Cancel any time from your dashboard. Access continues to the end of the paid period. You can export your menu data before you go.

7. Availability

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime and will give notice of planned maintenance. The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
